1. Who we are

2. Data we collect

We collect personal data only when you provide it to us or when you consent to analytics:

  • Contact form submissions — name, email, company, phone number, role, area of interest, and your message.
  • Analytics data — anonymized usage data collected via Firebase Analytics / Google Analytics, only when you accept cookies.
  • Email correspondence — when we send you a confirmation email via SendGrid, your email address and name are processed.

3. Legal basis for processing

  • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) — for analytics cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time via the cookie preferences button.
  • Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — for processing contact form submissions to respond to your inquiry.

4. Third-party processors

  • Formspree — form submission handling (USA, EU SCCs in place).
  • SendGrid (Twilio) — transactional email delivery (USA, EU SCCs in place).
  • Firebase / Google Analytics — website analytics, only with consent (USA, EU SCCs in place).
  • Firebase App Hosting — website hosting infrastructure (Google Cloud).

5. Data retention

Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months after your last interaction. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics default settings (14 months). You may request earlier deletion at any time.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Rectify inaccurate data
  • Erase your data (“right to be forgotten”)
  • Restrict or object to processing
  • Data portability
  • Withdraw consent at any time
  • Lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens)

7. Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We use industry-standard security practices and only work with processors that maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the website. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
